Sean Koza
Principal
Throughout his early career, Sean has worked in various capacities within real estate development and finance while receiving his Master’s of Real Estate Development at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2017. He has overseen nearly all aspects of real estate regarding site selection, entitlements, and general programming to determine a project’s highest and best use. He works collaboratively with attorneys, architects, engineers, and strategic partners to ensure the success of each respective project.
